Our Responsibilities
  • Advertisement of the vacancy is published in the national daily in order to inform the candidates concern.
  • Application forms are filled and necessary numbers of photos are taken.
  • Pre interview is taken of candidates if necessary.
  • Successful candidates are assisted by us to get their passports and other relevant documents.
  • Medical test of the candidates and obtaining their fitness certification.
  • Arrangement of visa from the respective Embassy.
  • Immigration clearance from the Department of Labour of Ministry is obtained.
  • Arrangements of air tickets including necessary travel arrangements.
  • We inform employers constantly about the developments on all arrangements.
  • Selected candidates are informed about the work and a basic orientation is conducted on how to perform their duties, about the host country.
  • A copy of the employment contract is handed over to the candidates before their departure.
  • Employers are informed by e-mail, fax or phone about the flight schedule of the candidates.
  • Within the probation period, if anyone is found unfit for the respective work, we arrange for replacement workers
